BENSON KOA

An ideal KOA for those that love Wild West history. The Dragoon Mountains and Tombstone are both nearby. Tour unique rock formations in the Chiricahus Mountains or Kartchner Caverns (one of the world’s greatest living caves). Golfers can take advantage of a nearby eighteen-hole course, and the whole family willl enjoy the pool and social events this site has to offer. Location: Exit 304 off I-10 go north 1 mile. PHOENIX NORTHWEST KOA

This KOA has a full-service 32-room motel, along with Kamping Kabins, tent sites and RV storage. This is great for families who have non-camping members who want to join you on vacation. There is a nice playground, two pools, a walking trail, exercise/game rooms, computers, and the lovely and quaint Chapel by the Lake. Golf courses, riding trails and desert lakes are nearby. What a place! Location: From Grand Avenue (US Route 60) to 163rd Avenue. Turn right on 163rd Avenue. Cross the railroad tracks, take an immediate right onto Santa Fe Drive. Continue on Santa Fe Drive across the Canal Bridge about 500 feet, then turn left onto Kampwest Way. Follow Kampwest Way for 0.5 mile to KOA entrance. LAKE HAVASU/LONDON BRIDGE KOA

If you’ve always wanted to see London, but just can’t seem to make it happen, consider this charming KOA that feels a like a little bit of England in sunny Arizona. Visit the famous London Bridge and see the Olde English Village just a short distance away from the campground. Nearby Lake Havasu is 19 miles of fishing heaven. Location: From I-40, take 95 South to Lake Havasu City. Turn right on Chenowith Drive, for 1 mile to London Bridge Road, turn left, proceed 1,000 feet to CRA Lake
